Leber und Niere: Schutz und Unterstützung für zwei wichtige Organe

Nahrungsmittelaufnahme, Stoffwechsel und Ausscheidung.
Drei wichtige Funktionen, die von zwei lebenswichtigen Organen erfüllt werden: Nieren und Leber.
Die Nieren sind Organe, die verschiedene Funktionen erfüllen, darunter die Hormonfunktion durch die Produktion von Erythropoietin, Renin und Prostaglandinen, die Ausscheidung von stickstoffhaltigen Abfällen (aus dem Eiweißstoffwechsel) und die Ausscheidung von Arzneimittelabfällen.
Die Leber ist unter anderem an der Proteinsynthese, der Produktion von Transportproteinen (Albumin, Transferrin und Lipoproteine), der Entgiftung von Giftstoffen, dem Arzneimittelstoffwechsel sowie dem Kohlenhydrat- und Fettstoffwechsel beteiligt. In der Tat ist die Leber ein wichtiges Organ für die Synthese, Umwandlung, Entgiftung und Speicherung.
Die Gesundheit dieser wichtigen Organe kann auf vielfältige Weise beeinträchtigt werden, z. B. durch eine übermäßige Natriumaufnahme, eine Flüssigkeitszufuhr von weniger als 4 % des Körpergewichts, chronische Arzneimitteltherapien, zirkadiane Rhythmusstörungen, Stress, eine gemüse- und ballaststoffarme Ernährung, dekompensierte Stoffwechselerkrankungen, chronische Entzündungskrankheiten, Autoimmunkrankheiten, Darmdysbiose, Übertraining usw.

Wie können wir diese beiden wichtigen Organe unterstützen?

Reduzieren Sie zunächst den Verzehr von salzhaltigen (NaCl) Lebensmitteln, trinken Sie ausreichend Flüssigkeit, essen Sie lieber wasser-, vitamin- und mineralstoffhaltige Lebensmittel wie Gemüse und Obst und achten Sie auf eine Ernährung, die der biologischen zirkadianen Rhythmik folgt.
Zweitens beachten Sie die wichtige Funktion von Albumin, einem von der Leber produzierten Protein, das für den osmotischen Druck des Blutplasmas, die Aufrechterhaltung des Säure-Basen-Haushalts (ein Gleichgewicht, das bei den meisten Krankheiten bzw. Entzündungen gestört ist), den Transport (insbesondere den Hormontransport) und die Auffangfunktion verantwortlich ist [27-29].
Um diese Organe zu unterstützen, kann eine ausgezeichnete natürliche synergetische Strategie eingesetzt werden, bei der einerseits Extrakte, die Leber und Nieren bei ihrer Funktion unterstützen, und andererseits ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel mit gepuffertem Albumin verwendet werden.
